We handle import clearance for cargo arriving into the European Union, preparing and reviewing the documents required for the declaration.

Where the authorities request further information or inspection, we coordinate this and keep the customer informed.

We arrange container shipments from Chinese ports to major European seaports, including Rotterdam, Antwerp, Hamburg and Marseille.

Bookings cover full container loads (FCL) and less than container loads (LCL), with collection from the supplier in China, export handling and arrival coordination in Europe.

Air freight is used where cargo is time-sensitive or volumes are smaller. We arrange movements into European airports including Amsterdam, Brussels, Liège, Frankfurt and Paris.

We coordinate the booking, airport handling and onward movement once the consignment has arrived.

Once cargo is cleared, we arrange road transport from ports, airports and warehouses to destinations across the European Union.

Movements can be full loads, part loads or pallet deliveries, depending on the volume and destination.

Cargo can be received into warehousing in Europe for storage, checking or order preparation before onward movement.

Work includes unloading containers, counting and inspecting goods, palletising, labelling and preparing individual orders for dispatch.

For smaller consignments and individual orders, we arrange onward parcel delivery across Europe using carriers such as DPD, UPS, GLS and FedEx.

Parcels are prepared, labelled and handed over for collection, with tracking references passed to the customer.
